Alarm Monitoring, Response & Keyholding

S-Security Group offers an Alarm Monitoring service to a wide and varied customer base from domestic premises to large industrial units. When a client’s alarms system activates, our control centre are made aware instantly and can inform our client and or dispatch our 24 hour mobile patrol unit to investigate the cause of the alarm.

Our Alarm Response & Key holding service takes away the worry and risk from our client and their staff. S-Security Group has a fully dedicated mobile patrol service to attend to alarm activations at our client’s premises. We would become the number one key holder for your premises in the event of an alarm activation at your premises. Our 24 hour control room would dispatch our mobile patrol unit to attend to same. On arrival our fully trained, uniformed, and PSA licensed officer would investigate the cause of alarm. In the event of a false alarm, our officer would reset the alarm and secure the premises and we would inform you the next working day. In the event of a break-in we would inform the Gardaí immediately, followed by informing you, our client. Our officer would stay on site and secure the premises until Gardaí arrive.

We also have a 24 hour locksmith on call to repair/replace locks and/or can board up windows as required. We also have a glazier on-call to replace glass if necessary. All our staff are fully insured and trained to deal with any incidents that may arise.
